These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website tmt15.ph (the "Platform"), operated under PAGCOR authorization and hereinafter referred to as "tmt15.ph," "we," "us," or "the Company." By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you ("the Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of tmt15.ph and must not register an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use tmt15.ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Players found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts permanently suspended and any funds forfeited as required by Philippine law.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on tmt15.ph at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. tmt15.ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances therein without notice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tmt15.ph login credentials, including your username and password. tmt15.ph will never ask for your password via any channel — any party claiming to be tmt15.ph support and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent. You must notify tmt15.ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

tmt15.ph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk of harm to themselves or others.

All transactions on tmt15.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and USDT. tmt15.ph reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00. Deposits are credited to your tmt15.ph wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. tmt15.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification ("KYC") completion prior to the first withdrawal request. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes, subject to payment provider availability.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank): Processed within one (1) Philippine business day.
• USDT: Processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.

tmt15.ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review, bonus wagering compliance verification, or where required by applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law. Players may not withdraw funds that constitute an active bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

All deposited funds and winnings held in your tmt15.ph wallet are your personal funds. tmt15.ph maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

tmt15.ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and maximum cashout limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all tmt15.ph promotions:

• One bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• tmt15.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Where tmt15.ph has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or fraudulent activity has occurred in relation to a promotion, tmt15.ph reserves the right to void the bonus, related winnings, and any other funds in the account.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

All games on tmt15.ph are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

tmt15.ph's RNG-powered games use software certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical randomness and fairness. tmt15.ph does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical objects (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in certified studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, tmt15.ph's records shall be considered definitive. Where a game outcome cannot be reliably determined due to a technical fault, tmt15.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and may vary by table, game variant, and player tier. These limits are displayed within each game environment prior to placing any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tmt15.ph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person without express authorization.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or unintended feature in the Platform's software or games. Exploitation of known bugs must be reported to tmt15.ph support immediately; failure to do so and any related winnings are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward tmt15.ph staff, live dealers, or other players.

tmt15.ph is committed to responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. We believe gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all tmt15.ph account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings on your account. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use tmt15.ph solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tmt15.ph content without prior written consent from tmt15.ph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tmt15.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, interrupted internet connectivity, third-party payment delays, or decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform.

tmt15.ph's total aggregate liability to any player for direct losses arising from the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their tmt15.ph account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tmt15.ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to tmt15.ph. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance windows.

tmt15.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account on tmt15.ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tmt15.ph does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with certified game providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) as required for platform operation and legal compliance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of tmt15.ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory dispute resolution mechanism available through PAGCOR.

Players are encouraged to first contact tmt15.ph customer support via live chat to attempt informal resolution of any complaint before initiating formal legal proceedings. tmt15.ph commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) Philippine business days.

tmt15.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, tmt15.ph will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications or corrections that do not change the substantive rights of players) may be made without prior notice.

The current version of the Terms, including its effective date, will always be accessible on the tmt15.ph Terms & Conditions page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
